With a degree in Economics and Health
and Welfare, Ms. Lee has over 20 years of
experience in the start up of companies and
directing them to profitable enterprises. |
Her experience with family herbal remedies dates
back to childhood and is invaluable to realizing
and marketing the benefits of Far Eastern natural
remedies. She has seen first hand the multitude of
positive effects that these nutraceuticals offer,
and devotes herself whole heartedly to bringing Health
Secrets USA to the public.
Ms. Lee’s solid understanding of business
management, marketing, strategic planning and execution,
has allowed her to successfully establish profitable
companies throughout her career history. She has
a proven track record of effectively turning start-up
companies to profitable assets, Ms. Lee has incorporated
and managed different sectors of businesses which
continue to be her forte today. From food services,
alternative medicines and herbal supplements, to
investment banking and international business, her
wide array of knowledge and experience allows her
to be the connection for companies and technologies,
internationally. Being able to write and speak Chinese
fluently, Ms. Lee manages international business
relations and has a network of influential individuals,
government officials, and business enterprises in
Asia.
Ms. Lee was recognized as one of the most influential
Asian in Michigan by "Corp!", Michigan
largest magazine in 2005; Honored as one of the "Diversity
Champions" by the Race Relations Task
Force of Birmingham/Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in
2007. She
is also a member of the Board of Trustee at St. John
Oakland Hospital, Michigan.
William Yuan - Director

Mr. Yuan has over 18 years of experience
on Wall Street as a key strategist managing
both a firm's private equity investments and
its public equity investment funds. He has
gained a reputation for early recognition and
identifying beginning trends in the highest
and best performing technology sectors. |
He serves on the board of directors for various
private and public companies and plays a major role
in the management of operations and execution of
key business strategies. He was the portfolio manager
of the $1 billion AmerAsia Hedge Fund domiciled in
Asia. Mr. Yuan will offer his expertise in the strategic
planning and financing for Health Secrets USA.
William Hawks, M.D. - Director

Dr. Hawks is a renowned ophthalmologist
specializing in no-stitch cataract surgery,
medical and surgical diseases of the eye and
general ophthalmology. He is a consultant for
several organizations such as the World Health
Organization and Helen Keller International. |
Dr. Hawks provides medical and surgical consultations
for several countries and has donated his time to
evaluate ophthalmology programs in these countries.
He is familiar and highly supportive of the need
to maintain a healthy lifestyle without chemical
assistance. Dr. Hawks will be part of the team to
evaluate the laboratory and clinical testing of Health
Secrets USA's products.
Mumtaz George, M.D. - Director

Dr. George is the Medical Director of Royal
Oak Medical Clinic. He specializes in the emergency
and critical care disciplines. He is a member
of the Michigan State and Oakland County medical
societies. Dr. George is an expert in anti-aging
nutriceuticals and is a successful businessman
familiar with international imports and exports.
He will be active in the evaluation of laboratory
and clinical testing of Health Secrets USA
products as well as international contacts. |
Blaine Severin, PhD. - Director
|
Dr. Severin is the Environmental Director
at the Michigan Biotechnology Institute, a
non-profit organization. As a Registered Professional
Engineer, Dr. Severin is responsible for the
funding and management of commercialization
teams for numerous environmental projects.
His experience as a Senior Process Manager
and Engineer will be used to assist Health
Secrets USA evaluate engineering specifications
and manufacturing processes for production
of products developed. |
